1. Who can use GoBeyond

You must be 18 or older. You agree to give us accurate information and to keep it up to date.

2. Your account

You log in at gobeyond.training/login. Your account is for you only. Do not share your login or let anyone else use your access. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away at info@gobeyond.training if you think someone else has used it.

3. What we offer

GoBeyond offers RBT® training and exam preparation, including self-paced courses, study guides, mock assessments, weekly study groups, a member community, the RBT Readiness Diagnostic, and the RBT® Competency Assessment, either virtual or in person and PDU courses. We may add, change, or stop products and features. Prices and what is included are shown on the product page and at checkout.

4. We are not the BACB

GoBeyond is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). RBT® is a registered certification mark of the BACB.

The BACB decides who earns RBT® certification. Finishing our courses or passing our assessment does not guarantee that you will be certified or hired. You are responsible for meeting every BACB requirement, including its application steps, fees, and deadlines. Check the current BACB requirements at bacb.com.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars. You pay when you buy. Payments are handled by our website platform and its payment providers. You agree to give valid payment information and to pay all charges for what you buy. Bundles, such as the Success Pack, are sold at the bundle price shown at checkout.

6. Course access

Your access to a course lasts 180 days (6 months). The 180 days start on your enrollment date. For cohort-based courses, they start on your cohort start date. Your My Courses page shows the date your access ends.

We suggest you finish your course, study guide review, and competency assessment by Day 150, and we send reminders along the way. When your access ends, you can no longer open the course. Contact us at info@gobeyond.training if you would like to extend it.

Some products, such as the Weekly Study Group, have their own access period. That period is shown on the product page or at checkout.

7. Refunds

Our products are digital, and you get access as soon as you pay. For that reason, we do not give refunds once access has been given.

There are a few exceptions:

• The Pass Guarantee in section 8, if you qualify.

• If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, we will correct it.

• If we cancel a product before you can use it, we will refund you.

• If the law requires a refund.

If you see a charge you do not recognize, please contact us at info@gobeyond.training before you dispute it with your bank. We can usually fix it faster.

8. Pass Guarantee

Some products come with our Pass Guarantee. If your product has one, this is how it works. The full agreement is in your welcome email after you enroll.

GoBeyond Pass Guarantee: Your Acknowledgment

GoBeyond guarantees a full refund of your course enrollment fee if you meet all program requirements and still do not pass the BACB RBT® board exam within 12 months of enrollment.

To remain eligible you must:

• Complete all course content within 120 days

• Attend one live study group per week

• Meet weekly community engagement minimums

• Pass the RBT® Competency Assessment within 2 attempts

• Sit for the board exam within your 12-month window

This guarantee covers your course fee only. BACB exam fees, background check fees, and retake fees are not covered. The full agreement is included in your welcome email after enrollment.

The Pass Guarantee is the only refund or remedy we offer if you do not pass. If these terms and the Pass Guarantee agreement in your welcome email differ, the welcome email agreement controls.

9. RBT® Competency Assessment

To pass, you need 80% or higher on both the live demo and the written exam. Your booking confirmation, your signed assessment agreement, and the test rules we send you before your date are part of these terms. If they conflict with these terms about your assessment, the assessment agreement controls.

When you take the assessment, you agree to:

• Take it yourself, with no outside help, notes, or devices unless we told you in writing that they are allowed.

• Not photograph, record, screenshot, copy, or share any exam content.

• Follow your proctor's directions, including for ID checks, room setup, and timing.

We monitor the exam to keep it fair. This includes logging tab changes, idle time, copy attempts, and screenshot key presses, and recording sessions where a recording is part of the session. Our staff review these records and decide what they mean. If you break the rules, we may end your assessment, record it as not passed, cancel your results, and refuse a refund.

Results are emailed after your assessment is scored. Retakes, retake fees, and how many retakes you can have are described in your assessment agreement. You can reschedule or cancel a booking only as your agreement and booking confirmation allow.

10. Our content

The courses, videos, quizzes, study guides, role-play videos, mock assessments, exam questions, and everything else on GoBeyond belong to Omega Center for Autism or its licensors. When you buy a product, we give you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use it for your own study during your access period.

You may not copy, share, record, resell, post, or distribute our content. You may not use it to train an AI model or build a competing product. You may keep and share your own certificates.

11. The community and your posts

You own what you post. By posting, you give us permission to display it in the community and on the site. Be respectful. Do not harass others, post spam, or share anything illegal or misleading.

Do not post or upload information about clients, families, or employers. That includes names, photos, records, and case details. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break this rule.

Points and levels in the community are for fun and recognition. They have no cash value, and we may change how they work.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account or your course access.

• Try to break, scrape, overload, or get around the security of the site.

• Use the site to break the law or harm others.

• Pretend to be someone else.

13. Third-party services and links

The site uses tools from other companies, such as our website platform, payment providers, e-signature tools, and Google. It may also link to other sites, such as the BACB. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

14. Education, not advice

Our content is for education and exam preparation. It is not clinical, legal, or employment advice. Always follow your supervisor, your employer's policies, the BACB's rules, and the law.

15. Disclaimers

We work hard to keep GoBeyond accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that the site will always work without interruption or errors, or that it will meet every need you have. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not stated in these terms.

16. Limit of our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, GoBeyond, Omega Center for Autism, and our staff, instructors, and providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. That includes lost income, lost job opportunities, or a delayed or missed certification. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product the claim is about. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply fully to you.

17. If you break these terms

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, share your account, cheat on an assessment, or misuse the site. If we do, you will not receive a refund. You agree to cover reasonable losses we suffer because you broke these terms, to the extent the law allows.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the effective date at the top, and for significant changes we will also email you. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms. Changes do not alter what you already bought.

19. Governing law and disputes

Florida law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. If we have a disagreement, please contact us first at info@gobeyond.training and give us 30 days to work it out. If we cannot, the state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida will handle it, and you and we agree to those courts.

20. The rest

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, your assessment agreement, and any product page terms, are the whole agreement between us. If a part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term right away, we have not given it up.
