This policy explains what information we collect when you visit gobeyond.training, take a course, book an assessment, or join our community. It also explains how we use that information and what choices you have.

"We," "us," and "GoBeyond" mean GoBeyond Training Labs, which is operated by Omega Center for Autism, 4800 N University Dr, Lauderhill, FL 33351. You can reach us at info@gobeyond.training.

1. Who this site is for

GoBeyond is for adults who are 18 or older. You must be at least 18 to apply for RBT® certification, and our courses and assessments are built for that audience. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in four ways: what you give us, what you do in our courses and assessments, what we get from the tools we use, and what your browser shares automatically.

Information you give us

Your name, email address, and phone number when you create an account, buy a product, book an assessment, or contact us.
Your login details. Your password is handled by our website platform, and we cannot see it.
Messages you send us by email, form, or the chat assistant on our site.
Posts, replies, and profile details you add to the community.

Payment information

Payments are processed by our website platform and its payment providers. We receive confirmation of what you bought and the email you used. We do not see or store your full card number.

Course and learning information

Which courses you are enrolled in, your start date, your progress, and your quiz answers and scores.
Certificates we issue to you.
Community activity, including points you earn.

RBT Readiness Diagnostic information

When you take the diagnostic, we collect your email address, your scores by area, and your answers to a few questions about what you are preparing for and how you study. We use these to send you your results and to recommend what to work on next.

Competency Assessment information

When you book and take the RBT® Competency Assessment, we collect:

Your booking details, such as your name, email, phone, country, test date, and whether you chose virtual or in person.
Your signed assessment agreement, which is handled by our e-signature provider.
Your live demo scores and written exam answers and scores.
Integrity records from the exam, such as tab changes, idle time, copy attempts, screenshot key presses, and timing. These records are reviewed by our staff. They do not change your score automatically.
Video and audio recordings of the live demo or exam session when a recording is part of that session.

Technical information

We also collect your IP address, device type, browser, and the pages you view. Cookies and similar tools help us collect this. See the cookies section below.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

Create and manage your account and give you access to what you bought.
Run courses, quizzes, study groups, and the community.
Schedule, run, score, and protect the fairness of assessments.
Send you results, certificates, booking confirmations, reminders, and course progress emails.
Process payments, answer questions, and give support.
Send you marketing emails if you opted in or if the law allows it. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
Understand how people use the site so we can fix problems and improve it.
Keep the site secure and prevent cheating, fraud, and misuse.
Meet legal obligations.

4. Emails and text messages

There are two kinds of messages. Service messages, such as booking confirmations, exam reminders, results, and course reminders, are part of what you signed up for. You cannot opt out of these while you are enrolled or booked. Marketing messages are optional, and you can stop them at any time with the unsubscribe link or by emailing info@gobeyond.training.

5. Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the people and services that help us run GoBeyond, and only as much as they need.

Website and database platform: hosts the site, runs member accounts, bookings, store checkout, and stores our records.
Email delivery: sends our transactional emails, such as diagnostic results, reminders, and certificates.
Customer relationship and marketing tools: store contact records, send emails and texts, and run our chat assistant.
E-signature and forms: collect signed agreements and form responses.
Google tools: run our email, video sessions, and site analytics.
Omega Center for Autism: our parent organization, for operations and administration.
Our staff, instructors, and proctors: who need your information to teach, schedule, and score.
Legal and safety: if the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of GoBeyond, our students, or others.
Your requests: if you ask us to send your results or documents to an employer, supervisor, or the BACB, we do that.

If GoBeyond or Omega Center for Autism is ever sold or reorganized, your information may transfer to the new owner, who must honor this policy.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar tools to keep you logged in, remember your settings, and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work if you block them.

7. The community and what you post

Posts, replies, and your display name in the community are visible to other members. Please do not post anything you would not want other members to see.

Please do not share client information. Our courses and community are not the place for protected health information or details that could identify a client, family, or employer. Do not post or upload names, photos, records, or case details about any client.

8. How long we keep your information

We keep your information while your account is active and for as long as we need it to provide what you bought, issue certificates and results, keep business and tax records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

9. How we protect your information

We use reasonable safeguards, including password-protected accounts, limited staff access, and trusted service providers. No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. Please use a strong password and keep it private.

10. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

Show you the personal information we have about you.
Correct information that is wrong.
Delete your information, unless we need to keep it for legal or record-keeping reasons.
Stop sending you marketing messages.

Email info@gobeyond.training and tell us what you would like. We may need to confirm it is you first, and we will reply within 30 days. Some states give residents additional privacy rights. We will honor valid requests from any student, whatever state you live in.

11. Links to other sites

Our site may link to other websites, such as the BACB. We do not control them and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Check their policies before you share information.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. If the change is significant, we will also email you.
