What are PDUs — and why do they matter?
The BACB recently updated its language for continuing education requirements. PDUs — Professional Development Units — are what RBTs® now need to earn in order to maintain their certification each cycle.
Every RBT must earn 12 PDUs every 2-year certification cycle to remain in good standing with the BACB. Missing this requirement puts your certification at risk — so staying on top of it isn't optional.
