Hybrid 40-Hour RBT® Course Prepare for a career as a Registered Behavior Technician® with our Hybrid 40-Hour RBT® Course, designed to provide the foundational knowledge and practical skills needed to work effectively in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This course combines online self-paced learning with 2 days of live, in-person instruction, giving you the flexibility to complete coursework online while also gaining hands-on learning and direct instruction from an experienced trainer. Throughout the course, you’ll learn essential ABA concepts and RBT® responsibilities, including: Principles of Applied Behavior Analysis Measurement and data collection Assessment procedures Skill acquisition strategies Behavior reduction procedures Documentation and professional conduct Ethical and professional responsibilities Practical application of RBT® skills The 2-day in-person training provides an opportunity to ask questions, practice skills, participate in demonstrations, and apply concepts in a supportive classroom environment. This course fulfills the 40-hour training requirement for individuals pursuing RBT® certification. Completion of the course does not guarantee RBT® certification; candidates must also meet all applicable BACB® eligibility and certification requirements, including completion of the required competency assessment and examination.
